Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
facilitate the customers (i.e. patients, attendants and visitors) in the department
book appointment over phone or in-person for procedures
maintain all necessary record related to reception area
handle cash transactions
charge services to patient bill
Requirements:
You should have:
a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
at least 2-3 years of related work experience preferred
cash handling skills
good communication skills (both in English and Urdu)
ability to perform multiple functions effectively under work pressure
good public relations and interpersonal skills
good problem solving and trouble shooting skills
willingness to perform shift and double duties.
