Growth Specialist (Learning & Development)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, HR, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in learning and development, with skills in client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct small demos for clients, showcasing our learning solutions.
- Maintain organized client lists for streamlined relationship management.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns targeting local and international markets, focusing on learning & development.
- Generate leads via LinkedIn and other networks.
- Manage social media with a focus on promoting learning initiatives and solutions.
- Plan, organize, and participate in industry events focused on learning & development.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and tailored learning solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries related to learning & development.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns tailored to our learning solutions.
