Description:
- Managing HR stationery & Supplies with complete records of receipts, issuances and stock. Coordinate with Employee Services leader for Approval & Processing
- Routine HR documents processing (HR acceptance of resignation, Employment letters, visa letters etc.) printing and couriering them where applicable
- Provide support in the upholding of standards in different HR areas of cafeteria, store room, training room, COE room, gym and areas.
- Support in HR event management for all administrative tasks including IT related task (Sound system, LCD, MIC)
- Assistant to the Plant Manager (e.g. his calendar, travel, expense reports, stationery and any other administrative needs)
Qualification Required: BBA/ B.Com/BS
Experience: 02 to 03 Years of Experience in Administration
